1. EXPECT COLD TEMPS AND WINDS, BRING LAYERS OF CLOTHING, GLOVES, AND HATS SUITABLE. SAFETY GLASSES FOR DAY AND NIGHT, HAND/FOOT WARMERS, HEARING PROTECTION, WATERS, GRANOLA BARS.
2. WE EXPECT TO EAT TWO MEALS PER DAY, BREAKFAST AND A MEAL AFTER THE OUTREACH. PLEASE BRING CASH TO CARE FOR YOU NEEDS.
3. WE WILL NOT BE STOPPING TO BUY GEAR ON THE WAY INTO OR BACK FROM OUTREACHES.
4.WE ENCOURAGE DOCTRINAL SHARPENING WHILE WE ARE IN FELLOWSHIP. HOWEVER, WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO BE HOLY AND SELF CONTROLLED IN YOUR DISCUSSIONS. NO DOCTRINAL DISPUTES ALLOWED IN THE STREETS.
5. WE NEED A VOLUNTEER WHO CAN BRING AND CARRY A FIRST AID KIT ALL WEEK. IF YOU HAVE EMT EXPERIENCE A PLUS!

1. A group of 6 will stay at Marvin’s house 6. Please contact him directly for his phone number and address.
2. We need a volunteer to stay at a hotel in White House who is willing to split the cost, total for them will be $38 for two nights, checking in on Thursday, free wifi, and continental breakfast.
We have arranged for 4 preachers on two king beds in one room for the two nights. It’s about 20 min from Marvin’s. Josh G., Daniel McGlone, myself, and the volunteer. We will stay there and meet at Marvin’s daily to travel into Nashville for the outreaches.
All of us heading back up to our home in KY on Saturday night about 11:30 pm. Many have family members wives/children that will be staying during the outreach with my wife/children/company until our return. Our home will be packed but we will manage nicely as the Lord enables.
We will have a big breakfast Sun morning, fellowship starts at 11am, hymns, prayer, readings, testimonies, and we will be doing a mock Matt 18 skit that we have been practicing for the edification of the saints.
Also, there will be a Titan’s game on Sunday outreach should start at 10:30 am latest near the ticket gates on the bridge side. There are those that may want to attend this instead of returning to KY with us for fellowship. Contact Timothy Brown if you would like to work that event with him.
